Rhodnius prolixus fat body transcriptome after bacterial exposure. 5th instar insects were injected with PBS, Gram-positive, or Gram-negative bacteria. Fat body tissues were directed 8- and 24-hours post-injection. The mRNA of these samples was sequenced. Three replicates of pools of 5 insects were used per treatment x timepoint, for a total of 18 samples.
