资源简介:

This dataset contains a 120-row benchmark matrix representing simulated multi-biomarker kinetic responses in marine mussels (Mytilus spp., whole-body homogenates) across four distinct ecotoxicological scenarios (n = 30 per group, total N = 120). The experimental stress scenarios are structured using the classic General Adaptation Syndrome (GAS) framework originally introduced by Selye (1950), integrated with modern toxicological advancements regarding biphasic dose-responses, as follows: 1. Control (Homeostasis): Baseline metabolic balance where pro-oxidants and antioxidant defenses are in equilibrium, calibrated against regional clean-water reference metrics [Regoli & Principato, 1995; Viarengo et al., 2007]. 2. Low (Hormesis): Early adaptive phase characterized by a low-dose stimulatory/pre-compensation peak in upstream enzymatic defenses without structural lipid damage [Calabrese, 2013]. 3. Medium (Compensation): Chronic exposure phase marked by active metabolic compensation, where intensified environmental pressure forces enzymes to remain close to baseline consumption rates while stable downstream cytotoxic end-products begin to manifest [Calabrese & Blain, 2011]. 4. High (Decompensation): Pathological exhaustion phase where toxicant-induced enzyme denaturation triggers a total metabolic collapse, resulting in an exponential explosion of structural cellular damage markers [Selye, 1950]. The mathematical variance corridor (log-SD = 0.10) and distribution boundaries follow established international marine bio-monitoring protocols for chemical pollution management [OSPAR Commission, 2018; ICES, 2023].
