Two plant extracts were considered for the microbial study 1) Terminalia chebula fruit 2) Opuntia ficus indica. Plant extracts were fermentation in distilled water under aerobic and ambient conditions. The samples for microbial diversity check were taken at 1, 4, 7 and 14 days age of fermentation.
