Share of online shoppers in Romania 2023, by region

The largest share of people who shopped online in Romania was located in the country's North West and Central regions. However, those in the capital Bucharest and the surrounding county of Ilfov had the highest share overall, with 66 percent of households surveyed in 2023 stating they had purchased products over the internet in the last three months.
