Data for: Evaluation of the temperature pattern of a complex body from thermal imaging and 3D information: a method and its MATLAB implementation

COMAP3 MATLAB toolbox (general scripts, functions and tutorial data).
Version 2 (2025) . Compared to Version 1, described in Teza and Pesci (2019), Version 2 features several improvements for texture mapping any JPEG or TIFF image onto a point cloud, for example to enrich a 3D model with information from historical images (new general script: comapRid), including a quality evaluation of the result. Regarding temperature correction of a thermal JPEG image, the new version does not contain any significant changes.

COMAP3 MATLAB工具箱（通用脚本、函数与教程数据集），版本2（2025年）。相较于Teza与Pesci于2019年提出的版本1，本版本针对将任意JPEG或TIFF图像纹理映射（texture mapping）至点云（point cloud）的任务新增多项优化——例如利用历史图像信息丰富三维模型，新增通用脚本comapRid，同时支持对映射结果进行质量评估。针对热成像JPEG图像的温度校正功能，新版本未作出显著改动。
