Sample session of a freely moving rat in the RIFF, an automated environment for studying the neural basis of auditory-guided complex behavior

Description

This dataset is a sample recording from the RIFF, an automated
environment for studying the neural basis of auditory-guided complex
behavior in rats. The data are the raw data files as produced by the
RIFF, and can be processed with custom-made automatized software provided on GitHub.

Structure of the dataset

Folder control: logging output of the control program that operates the entire RIFFFolder camera: a stream of images of a rat moving in the RIFF, recorded from a cameraFolder behavior: logging output of the actuators and sensors that are part of the RIFFFolder neural: a binary file containing timing
information needed to synchronize the other data streams (note that this sample session does not contain neural recordings)
