Description of the data and file structure This dataset provides the SPTC predictions generated by sptc-ai (extended .xyz files) and the corresponding coarse-grained finite-element meshes produced by sptc2fem (.xdmf visualization files with associated .h5 files). These data correspond to the models discussed in the main manuscript. In addition to the eight models presented in the manuscript, we also include an additional single-pillar nanopillar structure (not shown in the manuscript). - Atomic structures (.xyz) are best visualized with OVITO.- FE meshes (.xdmf/.h5) are best visualized with ParaView.
