HNF1B binds the IRX1 gene

HNF1B binds several conserved sites in the 700 kb region between the IRX1 and IRX2 genes and sites upstream of the transcription start site of the IRX1 gene and activates expression of IRX1 in the intermediate region of the S-shaped body during nephron development (inferred from mouse homologs).

HNF1B结合IRX1和IRX2基因之间700 kb区域内的多个保守位点，以及IRX1基因转录起始位点上游的位点，并在肾单位发育过程中激活S形体中间区域的IRX1基因表达（根据小鼠同源基因推断）。
