The dataset, “Raw Data_ Digital Leadership, Knowledge Sharing, Organizational Support, Innovative Self-Efficacy, and Employee Innovative Behavior in Chinese Chain Enterprises”, was collected between February and April 2025 using an online survey administered via the Questionnaire Star platform (www.sojump.com). Participants were selected through a random sampling method from multiple chain enterprises in China. After excluding 34 invalid questionnaires with excessive missing values or extreme response patterns, a total of 666 valid responses were retained. The dataset was designed to investigate how digital leadership is associated with employee innovative behavior, with a particular focus on the mediating roles of knowledge sharing and organizational support, as well as the moderating role of innovative self-efficacy. It provides empirical evidence on the psychological and organizational mechanisms that drive employee innovation in the context of digital transformation, offering theoretical and data support for developing strategies to enhance digital leadership and foster innovation in highly standardized enterprises.
