The role of technology anxiety in the use of e-health solutions in Polish society

The dataset used in the analysis reported in the paper titled: "The role of technology anxiety in the use of e-health solutions in Polish society," submitted and accepted for the 23rd International Conference on Informatics Management and Technology in Healthcare, Athens, Greece, July 4-6, 2025. The paper is planned to be published in the post-conference book by IOS Press.
