The Porcelain Room

**Welcome to [The Hallwyl Museum](https://goo.gl/qbZSY4) in Stockholm, Sweden.** Once the home of [Walther](https://goo.gl/79nUeT) and [Wilhelmina von Hallwyl](https://goo.gl/Y8iiJs). This room was built for Wilhelmina von Hallwyl's collection of European porcelain. Almost all manufacturers of porcelain in the 18th and early 19th century are represented here. The collection consists of more than 500 objects, with pieces from [Meissen](https://goo.gl/jZbQ7q), [Sèvres](https://goo.gl/zUohNG) and [Wedgwood](https://goo.gl/RN1WRm), to name a few. The collection contains both service sets and figurines. It gives us a good overview of the production of the period in general. In this way it deviates from many contemporary collections that often focused on one category of objects.
