Raw X-Ray synchrotron diffraction data for the crystal of S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine hydrolase from Bradyrhizobium elkanii in complex with adenosine and 3`-deoxyadenosine (cordycepin). The diffraction images were collected to the resolution of 1.84 Å on the beamline P14 at EMBL, Hamburg, at 100 K using a MAR555 detector. The data was recorded in one pass of 788 images to resolution of 1.84 Å with crystal-to-detector distance 151 mm. The direct beam position was: x=1536 px, y=1536 px, oscillation angle was 0.25° and X-ray wavelength equal to 1.223 Å.
本数据集为埃尔坎慢生根瘤菌(Bradyrhizobium elkanii)来源的S-腺苷-L-高半胱氨酸水解酶(S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine hydrolase)与腺苷和3'-脱氧腺苷(虫草素,cordycepin)形成复合物的晶体的同步辐射X射线原始衍射数据。衍射图像于德国汉堡欧洲分子生物学实验室(EMBL)的P14光束线(beamline P14)采集,采用MAR555探测器(MAR555 detector),在100 K低温条件下完成数据收集,最高分辨率达1.84 Å。本次数据通过单次扫描获取,共计788张衍射图像,晶体与探测器间距为151 mm,直射束位置为x=1536像素、y=1536像素,摆动角度为0.25°,X射线波长为1.223 Å。
