Tribolium castaneum embryo dataset derived from light sheet microscopy. The dataset is freely available on the Cell Tracking Challenge
website (http://celltrackingchallenge.net/3d-datasets) - only the first timepoint was used in the present study. The stack dimensions are 965 x 1871 x 991 voxels, with each voxel being 0.381 x 0.381 x 0.381 microns, and a total data size of 3.3 GB.
