Exposure of EFPIA compounds to RPTEC/TERT1 cell lines

The data was derived from an in vitro experiment in the immortalized human proximal tubule cells (RPTEC/TERT1) cells. The cells were differentiated for 14 days and exposed to the EFPIA compounds (8 compounds) at the concentration where the cell death was not found at 24 hours. The exposure was performed at 24 hours and the cells were lysed and the lysates were subjected to the high throughput targeted RNA seq.
