MSFCM Paper VIII — Cross-Correlation of the LoTSS DR2 Jet–Filament Anisotropy Tensor Q₂₂ with the Planck DR4 CMB Temperature Power Spectrum

Theoretical framework, field construction, MASTER pseudo-C_ell estimator, and mock signal prediction for the first cross-correlation of the LoTSS DR2 Q22 jet-filament anisotropy tensor with the Planck DR4 CMB temperature power spectrum. Signal window: 100 ≤ ell ≤ 600. Expected S/N ≈ 3–5 under SGCC spin-memory hypothesis. Falsifiability criterion: chi² test over 10 bandpowers.
