本数据集为球-平接触摩擦磨损试验中固定试样磨损区域的光学显微镜图像。该试验所用固定试样为直径5mm的陶瓷球，两组试样（球与平面试件）均采用98%烧结氧化铝陶瓷制备，为同种材料对偶接触。试验采用线性往复运动模式，润滑介质为石蜡油，滑动速度（峰值）为0.1 m/s，法向载荷为5N，试验设备为TPZ-1型摩擦磨损试验机。试验时长采用递进式增量设置，依次为10、15、30、60、180及300秒，在每个试验分段的间歇期均对磨损痕迹进行检测，试样编号为K08。
