Temperature Effect on Bonding Quality of Polyether-ether-ketone Composites during Injection Over-Molding

This dataset supports the research on theTemperature Effect on Bonding Quality of Polyether-ether-ketone Composites during Injection Over-Molding, which combines numerical simulation and experimental verification to investigate the key process parameters and their effects on interfacial bonding performance of the composites.The dataset is composed of two main parts:Experimental data (stored in Origin format): Includes raw test results of lap shear strength and material crystallization behavior under different injection process conditions. Each data file corresponds to the figure number in the manuscript for easy cross-referencing and verification.Numerical simulation data (compressed package containing .mpi files): Consists of Moldflow simulation models and results for the injection overmolding process, which can be directly opened and viewed using Moldflow software. The simulation data is used to optimize process parameters, and its reliability is verified by the experimental results.
