Bacillus licheniformis F2-1 Genome sequencing and assembly. Bacillus licheniformis F2-1

This study was done to sequence and compare draft genomes of representative strains of three major genotype groups of dairy Bacillus licheniformis. The genotype groups were determined using Randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique. This strain is the representative of one of the major genotype groups of dairy B. licheniformis called group F2 and is distinct from the other groups named group G and F1.
