Global shallow water reef width patterns

Dataset encompasses the estimated reef width patterns of reef systems within the Caribbean and Indo-Pacific. Uploaded is the raw dataset, as well as the R script to create the final dataset for analysis. The raw dataset contains general location, exposure status, morphology classification, coordinates and shallow reef width patterns (shale_length).

本数据集涵盖加勒比海与印度-太平洋海域内珊瑚礁系统的估算礁体宽度格局。本次上传内容包含原始数据集，以及用于生成最终分析用数据集的R脚本。原始数据集包含通用地理位置、暴露状态、形态分类、坐标信息以及浅礁宽度格局（shale_length）。数据采集与生成所用软件/设备：ArcGIS Pro；数据处理与分析所用软件/设备：RStudio、Excel。
