CRN Drosophila Larva Mushroom-Body Benchmark: Simulation Artifacts and Derived Data
收藏资源简介:
Reproducible simulation artifacts and derived numeric backends for the Drosophila larva mushroom-body benchmark of the Coherent-Resonant Netting (CRN) framework. Supports: Dolgikh O. "Coherent-Resonant Netting: Disorder-Enhanced Selectivity from Transient Wave-like Dynamics on Biological Connectomes", submitted to Frontiers in Computational Neuroscience (2026). Contents: GKSL disorder/thermal sweep (A7), architecture dependence and energy-aware objectives (A8), localization diagnostics, bootstrap uncertainty analysis. All CSV backends, figures, and metadata. The Drosophila larva connectome is derived from Winding et al. (2023), Science 379:eadd9330. GKSL/Lindblad dynamics is used as a mechanistic proxy for transient wave-like dynamics. This does not claim microscopic quantum coherence in neural tissue.
