Construct a basic information database for wildlife epidemic diseases and their infection sources, including pathogen species, reservoir animal species, epidemic situation information, and other relevant contents. Propose fundamental theories regarding the diffusion mechanisms of major wildlife-borne infectious diseases, the evolutionary mechanisms of pathogens, and the differential mechanisms of pathogen infection across different hosts. The dataset includes 18 core data fields, such as sample collection location, geographic coordinates, animal species, sample type, isolated pathogen species, and more.
