The dataset include the plasmid sequence, the picture of the protein localization and the picture of GUS staining. The plasmid sequence include the plasmid used for  transient system, coimmunoprecipitation and yeast two-hybrid assay. the protein localization include the localization in stable and transient system.The protein expression in seedling was examined using GUS staining assay, and the picture included in the dataset.     The dataset/research is used to testify the localization and function of PRA1 protein in membrane system and find the interactor of PRA1 by which the molecular mechanisms of PRA1 in plant was unraveled that is meaniful for understanding the vesicle trafficking.
