This data belongs to the metabarcoding project in Ethiopia. Here, we study the changes in diversity, composition and functionality of the soil fungal communities across tree ages of Eucalyptus grandis plantations. E. grandis plantations represent around half a million of hectares only in Ethiopia, but up to date studies addressing the impacts of these plantations on soil fungal communities are scarce.
