To investigate the effect of acid rain on the survival of pathogenic bacteria in soil, we invaded the soil with E. coli O157:H7. And simulated acid rain with pH 6.5, 4.5 and 2.5 were added to the soil periodically. Soil samples were taken at regular intervals to extract DNA, and the community structure of microorganisms in the soil was studied by high-throughput sequencing.
