Data to: Combining Respirometry and HPLC-HRMS to Elucidate the Biodegradation of Polyethylene Glycol and Its Derivatives

This dataset accompanies the article “Combining Respirometry and HPLC-HRMS to Elucidate the Biodegradation of Polyethylene Glycol and Its Derivatives” (Journal: Polymer Degradation and Stability; doi: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.polymdegradstab.2025.111639). It contains respirometry data (biodeg_raw_data.csv, biodeg_meta_data and R script) and HPLC-HRMS data (20250611_data_deconvoluted, 20250611_PEG_suspect_list.csv, 20250611_PEG_processing_batch.mzbatch, 20250611_PEG_dmPEG_feature_list.csv, and R script). The data support the demonstrated biodegradation of PEG and dmPEG and provide workflows for reproducing the analyses. Processing instructions, software requirements, and analysis workflows are documented in the included README files.
