Colab validation outputs — reproducible cosmology pipeline DELIVERABLE
收藏资源简介:
Description Reproducible deliverable for a cosmology analysis pipeline containing processed catalogs, Monte Carlo outputs, null test results, figures, and integrity metadata. The archive enables independent verification of all distributed artifacts without rerunning the full notebook. The corresponding author is Avelino Díaz with ORCID 0009-0002-9974-3746. Contents Main archive: colab_validation_outputs_DELIVERABLE.zip (verified SHA256 below). Included artifacts: cleaned catalogs; psi_draws_pub.npz; cov_matrix_pub.npy; shuffle arrays and shuffle_stats_pub.json; SI figures fig_psi_z_median_68ci.png, fig_I_z_normalized.png, fig_shuffle_shape_hist.png; outputs_hashes.json; integrity_report.json; PROVISIONAL_README.txt; FINAL_zip_meta.json. Verification and reproducibility ZIP SHA256: 67c6bda92fa7bfed48f3651c5b763d5379a51b1c28431a06e3eaa3ecc6d65653. Per file digests: All files include SHA256 and size entries in outputs_hashes.json. Integrity report: integrity_report.json lists recalculated hashes and indicates which files match the saved digests. How to verify locally: compute sha256sum on Linux, shasum -a 256 on macOS, or Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA256 on Windows PowerShell for the downloaded ZIP and compare to the ZIP SHA above; inspect outputs_hashes.json and integrity_report.json for per file checks. Reproducibility parameters Key cuts and selections: SNR ≥ 3; NFILT ≥ 4; χ² ≤ 500; upper flux cut at the 99.5 percentile. Monte Carlo and null tests: Monte Carlo draws N_DRAW = 5000 with a validation run at 1000; null-test permutations N_SHUFFLES = 5000. Conversions and definitions: UV to SFR conversion constants K_UV = 1.15×10⁻²⁸ and A_UV = 1.5. I(z) computed as the integral of ψ(z) normalized by its maximum. Notebook availability: the Colab notebook used to generate these outputs is available on request or via the project repository referenced in related identifiers.
