The dataset presented here contains data acquired during two vegetation sampling campaigns performed in two Mediterranean vineyards from the south of France, as well as data produced thanks to multiple unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) flyovers performed over the two vineyards sampled. The dataset thus contains the series of images taken by the UAV during each flyover, which includes both RGB and multispectral imaging. This dataset also includes the rasters and dense point clouds produced using the images collected, based on the Structure from Motion (SfM) photogrammetry protocol. To summarize, multiple informations are available for each day a UAV was flown over a vineyard. Information encompasses elevation, vegetation indices, visible and near-infrared emissions, canopy height and volume. Vegetation dry biomass collected inside the quadrats, as well as dry biomass and leaf surface measured for species of interest are also available in this dataset using spatial vectors to link these data with the georeferenced objects.
