Supermarket sales value of fresh appetizers in the Netherlands 2019, by category

In 2019, the sales value of fresh appetizers in supermarkets in the Netherlands reached nearly 227 million euros. The largest segment in this category was the tapas segment, which alone was responsible for just under half of the total turnover. By comparison, the sales value of hummus in this period was just over 21 million euros.
