盾构机主轴承作为盾构机的“心脏”,主要起着传输力与扭矩的作用,研究主轴承复杂状态下的力学状态对提高轴承服役性能与服役寿命至关重要。在盾构机主轴承中,圆柱滚子主要承受各种力的作用。对于圆柱直滚子,在力的作用下会产生边缘受载,导致轴承更易遭到破坏,研究盾构机主轴承圆柱滚子受力,进而提出滚子轮廓修形设计方法是保证盾构安全的必要一环。因此,本报告主要聚焦盾构机主轴承圆柱滚子受力状态分析及其轮廓修形设计。通过调研和现场测绘,我们搜集了国外盾构机主轴承尺寸和材料性能等关键参数,并以此构建了盾构机主轴承全模型及圆柱滚子计算模型。采用有限元方法对盾构机主轴承圆柱滚子模型进行分析研究,获得了主轴承圆柱直滚子载荷分布特征,然后对其轮廓进行优化与受力计算,最终提出主轴承圆柱滚子轮廓修形方法,保证盾构机主轴承服役的安全性。
The main bearing of a shield tunneling machine, known as the "heart" of the shield machine, mainly functions to transmit forces and torques. Researching the mechanical state of the main bearing under complex conditions is critical to improving its service performance and service life. Among the components of the shield main bearing, cylindrical rollers primarily bear various loads. For straight cylindrical rollers, edge loading will occur under applied forces, making the bearing more prone to damage. Therefore, studying the force conditions of the cylindrical rollers of the shield main bearing and proposing a profile modification design method for the rollers is an essential link to ensure the safety of the shield tunneling machine.
Therefore, this report primarily focuses on the force state analysis of cylindrical rollers in shield main bearings and their profile modification design. Through literature research and on-site mapping, we collected key parameters such as the dimensions and material properties of foreign shield main bearings, and constructed the full-scale model of the shield main bearing and the computational model of the cylindrical rollers based on these collected data. We adopted the finite element method to analyze and study the cylindrical roller model of the shield main bearing, obtained the load distribution characteristics of the straight cylindrical rollers of the main bearing, then optimized the roller profile and conducted force calculation, and finally proposed a profile modification method for the cylindrical rollers of the shield main bearing to guarantee the service safety of the shield main bearing.
