preheater-scenario-library: an open scenario library of operating envelopes, alternative-fuel
收藏资源简介:
A simulator-backed benchmark for cement pyroprocessing, released to make soft-sensor, fault-diagnosis, system-identification and control studies on cement thermal equipment comparable across research groups. The package contains (i) a calibrated one-dimensional mechanistic simulator of a 5000 t/d five-stage suspension preheater with an inline calciner, coupling effectiveness-NTU heat exchange, Leith-Licht grade efficiency, a duct-resistance pressure network and shrinking-core calcination kinetics, together with a reference PID-plus-interlock controller and a measurement-noise model; (ii) a scenario library of 400 Latin-hypercube steady states spanning the operating envelope, twenty 90-day closed-loop dynamic runs driven by block-bootstrap resampling of the historical operating distribution with thermal substitution rates from 0 to 60 percent, and 2700 labelled fault episodes covering fifteen parametrised modes; and (iii) four standardised benchmark tasks (parameter identification, soft sensing, fault detection and diagnosis, drift-aware operation) with fixed splits, metric implementations and reference baselines.

Code is licensed under MIT; data, documentation and figures under CC BY 4.0. Scores obtained on the library support fair relative comparison between algorithms under identical documented conditions and are not field-performance predictions.
