IV型储氢瓶承载能力主要取决于复合材料层的性能,复合材料层铺层设计结果直接影响气瓶的储氢密度。本数据集包含了70MPa IV型储氢瓶铺层设计结果、应力分析结果、疲劳分析结果、渐进失效分析结果以及基于机器学习的轻量化铺层设计结果等,可为IV型高压储氢瓶铺层设计提供参考。数据集文件量约为240 KB。
The load-bearing capacity of Type IV hydrogen storage cylinders primarily depends on the performance of their composite layers, while the layup design results of these layers directly influence the hydrogen storage density of the cylinders. This dataset contains the layup design results, stress analysis results, fatigue analysis results, progressive failure analysis results, and machine learning-based lightweight layup design results of 70 MPa Type IV hydrogen storage cylinders, which can provide valuable references for the layup design of Type IV high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinders. The total file size of this dataset is approximately 240 KB.
