Dataset of: "Non-sterile substrate cultivation of oyster mushrooms on fresh Giant Juncao Grass: a scalable strategy for sustainable nutrition in underdeveloped regions"

The files include original GC and LC metabolomic data of non-sterile substrates, growth/fruiting efficiency metrics of P. sapidus ( a species of oyster mushroom), test-tube experiment results, analyses of substrate nutrients/physicochemical properties, and impacts of key substances on mycelial growth, collectively validating the feasibility and mechanisms of oyster mushroom cultivation on fresh Giant Juncao Grass in non-sterile conditions.
