CMOS APS sensor α particle ionizing radiation response dataset

This dataset contains α -particle ionizing radiation response data of CMOS active pixel sensors (CMOS APS), with 241Am irradiation of CMOS APS, covering 20 key operating parameter combinations (gain: 5-15 dB, 50 dB, 100 dB, integration time: 0-90 ms). In order to improve the resolution of response signal characterization, the effective pixel area (1920 H × 1080 V) of the Onsemi MT9P031 sensor was fully sampled, and three experimental stages before irradiation, during irradiation, and after irradiation were designed to enhance the comprehensiveness of data applicability. Based on this dataset, radiation response tests were conducted, accurately revealing the "target ring" distribution characteristics of the α -particle response signal and determining the optimal gain (9 dB) for signal characterization. The results prove that this dataset supports the correctness and feasibility of the research on the CMOS APS α -particle detection mechanism.
