Potamogeton crispus Raw sequence reads

We performed multiple sequence alignments using the cp genome of 30 species and constructed the Maximum Likelihood (ML) and Bayesian trees, and found that Potamogeton crispus were more closely related to Stuckenia pencitnata and P. perfoliatus. In addition, the phylogenetic relationships between Zosteraceae and other members of Zosteraceae were consistent with previous results. These results are valuable for further formulating effective strategies of conservation and management for species of Dracocephalum, as well as providing a foundation for future research on the genetic resources of Zosteraceae.
