Number of completed housings in new buildings in Sweden 2009-2019, by ownership

The number of completed residential properties in newly constructed buildings in Sweden increased steadily for rented and tenant-owned dwellings since 2010, while the number of new constructed owner-occupied dwellings were relatively stable during the period. In 2019, there were around 25 thousand new constructed rented properties, around 24 thousand tenant-owned dwellings, and around seven thousand owner-occupied dwellings.

自2010年起，瑞典新建住宅楼中已完成的住宅数量在租赁住房和承租人拥有住房方面稳步增长，而新建的自住住房数量在该期间内相对稳定。2019年，新建的租赁住房约为25,000套，承租人拥有住房约为24,000套，而自住住房约为7,000套。
