Chlorocebus sabeus (Vero) cell line was infected with Crimean Congo hemorragic fever virus (strain Hoti), Zika virus (strain MR766) and WNV (own isolate) in different experiments, than total RNA was isolated at two different time points post infection (24h and 72h). Sequencing libraries were prepared after polyA selection and cap selection or ribodepletion. cDNAs were transcribed by oligodT or random primers. Sequencing was performed by the ONT MinION LSK-108 kit. This study provides information for Zika virus transcriptome research and for host cell transcriptome studies. All laboratory manipulations associated with infectious CCHFV, WNV and Zika virus were performed in a BSL-4 suite laboratory, aligned to the University of Pécs, Szentágothai Research Centre.
