Drone RGB imagery was collected over specific locations within the California Sacaramento-San Joaquin Delta over three seasons from Summer 2021 to Spring 2022. Flights occurred 1-3 weeks following in-situ plant trait field collection on sunny days with wind speeds <15 mph. Timing of flights was as close to low tide as possible. The imagery was collected on a DJI Mavic 2 Pro for the summer and fall 2021 seasons and in spring of 2022, a DJI Phantom 4 Pro v2 was used. Orthomosaics were created using WebODM and processing parameters as well as accuracy can be found in associated PDF reports for each flight.
