Effects of mannan oligosaccharides on intestinal microbial diversity of Litopenaeus vannamei

The shrimp intestine harbors a diverse community of microbial, which is of great importance for the host health. Generally, mannan oligosaccharides (MOS) could reduce the colonization of pathogenic bacteria and enhance the growth of beneficial bacteria. To this end, this study was to investigate the effects of MOS on intestinal microbiota of L. vannamei.
