Genomic Taxonomy Update of Enterobacter in Taiwan

The purpose of this project is to update the taxonomy of Enterobacter based on genome analyses, with the strain isolated from a medical center in Taiwan, and to discover a new species within this genus. It also aims to explore the relationship between accurate species identification and antibiotic resistance. This will help us better understand the antibiotic resistance mechanisms of these bacteria and find possible solutions.
