microbiota and spore content during milk processing

This study investigates how milk microbiota and anaerobic spores are affected by common milk processing steps. Samples were collected after different processing stages, from raw milk to microfiltrated, and pasteurized milk. Both culture-dependent and -independent methods were used to track microbiota and spore changes.
