This repository contains the supporting data and reproducibility materials for the study titled “External Validation of Image-Based Bean Rust Classification Across Tanzania and Pakistan Reveals Dataset Shortcuts and Transportability Gaps.” The deposited materials include analysis outputs, provenance records, supplementary audits, matched-control results, robustness analyses, validation summaries, and reproducibility files used to support the results reported in the manuscript. The repository does not redistribute the original third-party image datasets. The raw datasets remain available from their respective original sources.
