multiporos, a porous convection model implementing thermal cracking and magma intrusions

This is a Matlab based two-dimensional porous-elastic convection code originally from Crone et al. (2005) and Olive and Crone (2018), which implements porous convection and grain-scale thermal cracking processes.We added magma intrusions into this code and coupled a complete hydrothermal circulation around Mid-ocean Ridges including all end members of magmatic heating, permeability field evolution and convecting output above seafloor.The primary code without intrusions is available at github.com/tjcrone/multiporo.

本数据集基于Matlab开发的二维多孔弹性对流代码，其原始版本源自Crone等人（2005年）以及Olive与Crone（2018年）的研究工作，该代码可实现多孔对流与晶粒尺度热破裂过程的模拟。我们在该代码中加入了岩浆侵入过程，并耦合了一套完整的洋中脊（Mid-ocean Ridges）周边热液循环模型，涵盖了岩浆加热、渗透率场演化以及海底上方对流输出等所有端元组分。不含侵入过程的基础版本代码可于github.com/tjcrone/multiporo获取。
