CIRCULAR SAW WITH BRAKING MECHANISM

The invention belongs to the field of circular saws driven by means of an electric motor or via a reducer in the case of a tractor drive， in more detail to the field of circular saw assemblies which enable easy work and high safety. A circular saw with a brake mechanism includes a release lever mounted on the saw blade shaft， which can be rotated by a certain angle to the left or right around the axis of the shaft. The movement of the release lever depends on the lever， which has the operating position and the stop position. During operation， the release lever rotates to the right and presses the drive plate against the sliding surface of the drive hub. Thus， the torque is transmitted to the clutch plate and on to the shaft of the circular saw， and consequently the saw blade also rotates. When the release lever is pushed to the stop position， the release lever rotates to the left， the clutch plate moves away， and the torque transmission is stopped. Furthermore， the release lever is pressed against the brake disc， which consequently comes into contact with the brake， and the rotation of the shaft is quickly stopped due to friction between the brake elements.
