Digital Archive from an Archaeological Excavation at Comeytrowe, Taunton, Somerset 2020

This collection comprises images, GIS data and a project database form an archaeological excavation of land at Comeytrowe, Taunton, Somerset undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology in July and August 2019. Two areas were excavated within the site, revealing a natural coombe which filled in from the Late Prehistoric period at the earliest and a small concentration of Roman features, comprising two T-shaped corn dryers, four small pits and a medieval or post-medieval ditch which drained into the coombe.
