¹H NMR Metabolomics Data, Metadata, and Analysis Code for Tissue-Specific Drought Responses in Sindora siamensis Seedlings

This record contains raw and processed ¹H NMR metabolomics data, sample metadata, and analysis code associated with a field drought study of Sindora siamensis seedlings. The study examined tissue-specific metabolic responses in leaf, root, and stem tissues under well-watered and 21-day water-withholding conditions. The archive includes the Python workflow used for spectral data validation, spectral-region handling, median spectra, PCA, tissue-specific OPLS-DA, and permutation testing, together with R workflows for metabolite heatmaps and tissue-specific differential abundance analysis using limma. Raw NMR data and sample-level metadata are provided to support reproducibility and reuse of the metabolomics dataset.
