Ex1R02 A from Synaptic molecular imaging in spared and deprived columns of mouse barrel cortex with array tomography.

This data represents 3 repeated staining and stripping (elution) cycles of an array tomography tissue ribbon from mouse barrel cortex with antibodies against synaptic molecules Synapsin1, vGluT2, and NR2B (GluN2B) as well as a DAPI nuclear stain. Included are four discontinuous but approximately aligned sections from the ribbon imaged in three sequential imaging sessions.
