The microbiome of Ceratina calcarata across regional landscapes

Ceratina calcarata nests were collected from various urban and agricultural sites in New Hampshire USA, along with flowers present at the time of nest collection. Brood were reared to eclosion, and the microbial content of the guts of mothers and a subset of the adult male and female offspring in each nest were sequenced, along with the bacteria on the surface of the flowers
