Suitable Use This dataset can be used to view land document information such as deeds, easements, and ordinances. Limitations on Use Not all land document information is included in this dataset and associated geographic locations are approximate. Data Dictionary ObjectID - Numeric unique identifier with no special meaning. Document Type - Type of land document. Document Number - Identifying number of document. Location - Description of area the document applies to. Address - Address, if any, associated with document. Grantor - Grantor of legal document. Reference - Ordinance or case number, if any, associated with document. Shape - Geographic data in state plane coordinates (WKID 103512).
