Expression ratio (log2 FC) between Wuhan 1 and Nyubai spikelets at 2 dai with F. graminearum for DEG located within a genomic region including the 2DL QTL and differentially expressed between R and S NIL. Expression values for Wuhan 1 and Nyubai were from RNA-Seq data [37]. The genomic region was defined by markers Ku_c19185_1569 and cfd233. DEG with log2 FC > 1.5/<− 1.5 between the R and S NIL, indicated with purple highlight, were selected for further analysis. All DEG located in that genomic region that were further characterized are indicated with blue highlight. (XLSX 16 kb)
