RNA expression anaysis in key enzymes of Actinobacillus succinogenes targeting on the production of succinic acid in the presence of electricity. This work focuses on succinic acid production with A. succinogenes in a cathodic BES fermentation. The gene expression of the key metabolic pathways of A. succinogenes reveals which enzymes are mostly affected in the presence of electrical power. Reproduction information can be found in the article "Transcriptional regulation in key metabolic pathways of Actinobacillus succinogenes in the presence of electricity" in Bioelectrochemistry Journal. The main findings of this work were improvement in succinci acid production in the presence of electric current. Specific enzymes were affected in the presence of electricity.
